Our Mission

The Institute was founded in 2024 to solve a specific problem: the fracturing of clinical knowledge. High-quality information regarding therapeutic modalities is too often locked behind paywalled academic journals or heavily editorialized by proprietary institutes selling certification courses.

We believe that mental health practitioners need an agnostic, empirically rigorous reference guide that presents the evidence for (and against) specific interventions without ideological drift.
