Evidence Hierarchy

We strictly adhere to the following hierarchy when evaluating interventions:

1. Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyses (Primary standard)
2. Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs)
3. Cohort Studies
4. Case-Control Studies
5. Cross-Sectional Studies

We do not publish efficacy claims based on case reports, expert opinion alone, or animal models without explicit disclaimers regarding the preliminary nature of the evidence.
